Ibis surabaya city center is the best hotel in surabaya, friendlu service, easiest check in process and i have got the best room based on my preferences which high floor, close to my other room and city view. I am glad to meet ms Melinda in front desk

Thank you for the best service. i request 2 rooms for different floor and the staff give me a best one. Ms Melinda assist me to blocking best room for me with a quite rooms and clean rooms. for sure would be comeback here for the next stay with family
